Dynasty Room

Terms of service

Last updated September 30, 2026. Leer en español (Términos). For users in Mexico, the Spanish version is the governing one.

These terms are an agreement between you and Antonio José Zárate Lozano, who runs Dynasty Room from Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@dynasty-room.com, phone +1 (510) 961-1170. By creating an account or using Dynasty Room you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to enter a contract. Link only your own Sleeper account. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.

2. The service

Dynasty Room is a set of fantasy football tools that reads public data about your Sleeper leagues. It is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Sleeper, the NFL, the NFLPA or any NFL team. Team names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the teams. Projections, values, forecasts and odds are estimates from our models and can be wrong. We may add, change or remove features; if a change takes away a paid feature you rely on, you can cancel and get a pro-rata refund for the unused time.

3. Plans, prices and automatic renewal

4. Refunds and your right to change your mind

5. The sportsbook is play money

The sportsbook uses fictional money only. It can’t be bought, deposited, won as a prize, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for anything of value, and no paid plan gives you more of it. It is entertainment, not gambling, and must not be used to organize real-money wagers.

6. AI-written content

Gazette editions are satire written automatically by AI from your league’s results. They can contain mistakes and are not statements of fact about anyone. If an edition is wrong or hurtful, tell us and we’ll remove it. Assistant GM answers are suggestions generated by AI from your league’s data; they can be wrong, and the decisions and the moves in Sleeper are yours.

7. What you post in a clubhouse

You keep ownership of your messages and photos and give us a license to store them and show them to the members of that clubhouse, only to run the service; it ends when you delete them or your account. Post only what you have the right to share, and photos of people only if they’re fine with it. No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, personal information about others or anything illegal. Punishments are your league’s own agreement: nobody is obliged to do one, and don’t take on anything unsafe or illegal. To report content, including copyright complaints, email support@dynasty-room.com with a link or description; we review reports promptly and may remove content or members.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, get around Premium locks, access other people’s accounts, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; if we close a paid account without it breaking the terms, we refund the unused time.

9. Ownership

The Dynasty Room name, design and code belong to us. Player, team and league data belong to their owners. Sleeper, Google and Stripe are governed by their own terms. Dynasty Room is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Sleeper, the NFL, the NFL Players Association or any team; their names are used only to identify them.

10. No warranty and limits of liability

Dynasty Room is provided “as is”. Data from Sleeper and other sources can be late, missing or wrong, and the service may be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits rights you have as a consumer that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

11. Closing your account

You can delete your account any time at Account › Your data. Premium ends right away; a League Pass you bought runs to the end of its paid year and doesn’t renew.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and disputes go to the courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country or state where you live and can go to your local courts. Consumers in Mexico may contact PROFECO (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor). EU consumers can also use their local consumer centre. Please write to us first; most things get fixed fast.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll post it here with a new date and tell you in the app and by email at least 30 days before it applies to a paid plan. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.
