AI fantasy football assistant
Assistant GM is a chat inside Dynasty Room that reads your Sleeper league and answers like a front-office analyst: direct, specific, and backed by your league’s numbers.
Ask it what you’d ask a sharp league-mate
- “Who should I start at flex this week?”
- “Is it time to sell my 28-year-old running back?”
- “What would it take to get a second-round rookie pick from the team in last place?”
- “Am I a real contender or should I rebuild?”
Every answer is grounded in your league: rosters, scoring, starting lineup slots, projections, simulated playoff and title odds, trade values, and what each team is playing for.
It knows your league type
In redraft it only weighs this season. In keeper leagues it weighs next year’s keepers. In dynasty it looks three seasons ahead, with ages, aging curves and draft picks.
It explains the numbers too
Tap the ⓘ next to any section in Dynasty Room and Assistant GM explains what you’re looking at and what it means for your team. Explanations are free; follow-up questions are part of Premium.
Assistant GM suggests moves; it never makes them. Trades, lineups and pickups are always yours to make in Sleeper.
Questions
Is Assistant GM free?
Explanations of each section are free. The full conversation about your leagues is part of Premium (from US$4.99 a month) or a League Pass.
Which AI does it use?
It runs on Anthropic’s Claude models. Your league data is sent only to answer your question and is not used to train models.
Can it make moves in Sleeper for me?
No. It suggests trades, lineups and pickups; you make them yourself in Sleeper.
